Listen and Discover how to Bring Joy to Work
This week I had the most fun since I began working with my tribe, Project Managers, as a personal development consultant. I was a guest speaker on the Joy Site podcast, hosted by Trevor Dale. To listen to the podcast, click here.
Project Managers are Human, Too.
As Trevor listened, he began to understand that successful projects depend on skills, experience, and the humanity of the Project Manager.
Project Managers own the project resources, communications, work assignments, user engagements, and success of the final delivery. They must be confident, clear, and free of internal conflict to navigate project challenges and risks. When they work with me, even the most difficult project challenges can be managed with grace.
My clients feel great on the inside and it shows on the outside. They bring their stronger, more confident self to work and it translates into being more productive and more successful. They are at their best and that means they have more fun at work.
If you would like to manage every project with grace and confidence, and enjoy doing it, schedule a Project Breakthrough Session. You will come away with an understanding of how you can have more job satisfaction, decide that Leadership Coaching is not right for you.
If everyone brought their best self to work and loved their job, imagine what a joyful world this would be.
